Soul Calibur: Broken Logic Destiny

Storylines in video games are great. They create the world of the game, enrich the game play, draw you back each time, and can inspire years of debate.

I love storylines, even those in fighting games! Soul Calibur, however, hates storylines. And making sense. A lot.  About as much as Marty McFly loves kissing his mom in 1955, that’s how much Namco Bandai loves making sense. But damn it, if they don’t also love making some kick-ass games.

Yeah, Kratos is gonna come a-killin’ in Soul Calibur: Broken Destiny, which is coming to the PSP on 9/1/09. Good choice of date on their part, seeing as its the “flip off” date (look at it), which is probably Kratos’ third favorite thing to do. The first and second? I probably shouldn’t say, but ok. Here’s a video of Kratos doing one of those two things. Let’s watch together and see which it is:
