Is This the New Game from Team ICO?

Though the source is PlayStation Lifestyle, a rumor site, this leaked video is obviously the real deal. It even matches the teaser image Team ICO released earlier this year.
When Shadow of the Colossus was announced way back when as Wanda and the Colossus, before I realized “Wanda” was a play on words and not the name of a girl, this is what I imagined the game was about, a child and a giant on an epic adventure.
It looks amazing, as expected. Hopefully this means we can expect more information soon.
I have only one question. Is this boy Ico, or a new character? What do you folks think?

He looks like a new character to me. The boy in the trailer seems to have a darker skin tone and no horns.
