If you just LOVE wrapping rope around wood or stone carvings, have I got a game for you! From the makers of Zen Bondage comes an almost identical game called Zen Bound, in which you wrap things up with rope. Developer Secret Exit hopes to release it for PCs, consoles, and iPhones. You can see it in action after the jump.

Judging from the announcement and accompanying video, wrapping objects up with rope seems like pretty much all you do. The sounds in the video are pretty excellent, and the textures aren’t bad, but I don’t seem to understand what’s going on here. Is there a point? A goal? Time limit? Are the controls difficult?

Wait, I think I just got it. This “game” doesn’t make any sense on purpose. It’s like the sound of one hand clapping, or a tree falling in woods when no one is around. It’s existence is a motherfucking zen koan.

I bet I’m missing something. This is from the guys who made Stair Dismount. There’s got to be some awesome in there somewhere. Time will tell.
